Overview
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sankhya Hospital is dedicated to women’s health and wellbeing. It provides comprehensive medical treatment for gynaecological problems as well as obstetric services. The labour room caters to high risk pregnancy and obstetric emergencies, and acts as the resuscitation bay. The Labour Room is supported by a well-equipped nursery which is manned by paediatricians round the clock. One labour room and two major operation theaters are available along with a fully equipped ophthalmology theater.
Facilities
The department is managed by a qualified DMO and is equipped with centralized oxygen, emergency equipment and medicines for all kinds of emergency situations. We have 24hr services including specialist consultants and emergency services.
